Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains our returns process, and also sets out your separate legal right to cancel as a UK consumer.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@croftvane.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@croftvane.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Under Our 30-Day Policy
Certain items cannot be returned under this 30-day policy, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products (such as special orders)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products), once opened or unsealed
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items: Items purchased at a reduced or sale price are not eligible for a return or refund under this 30-day store policy. This does not affect your separate statutory cancellation right for online orders — see below.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, you can do so within 15 minutes of placing it by contacting us at support@croftvane.com. After this window, your order will have entered processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation — in this case, your statutory right to cancel (below) or our 30-day return policy (above) will apply instead.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK)
As a UK-based retailer, we also comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is a separate legal right that applies in addition to our 30-day store policy above, and it cannot be excluded — including for items purchased on sale.
Under this right, you can:
- Cancel your order for any reason, without needing to give one, starting from when you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods.
